Passing through Amman, Jordan (2009)

I spent a night and a day in Amman, ahead of driving down to Petra and Wadi Rum. I didn’t really have much planned or considered for Amman, but I tried to make the most of my short time there. I haven’t posted them here, but I stayed at the Le Meredien. The rooms were dated, and very red, but super spacious. I probably should have opted to do a tour or something to make most of a short time, but oh well.

King Abdullah Mosque

The old part of town was really interesting. I really enjoyed the views from Citadel Hill.

Can never go to the ME without a picture of a spices store!
