Marine Iguanas, Galapagos (2014)

The Galapagos was probably the most interesting/varied diving I’ve ever done. I don’t think though I’d say it was the best diving, but I saw so many cool and endemic species. Seeing the marine iguanas was one of my favorite dives. The surge was absolutely ripping and there was soot and debris all over the place making photography difficult, but was still able to get a few shots. I really hope I get a chance to go again.

Once I finally figure out a video editor option (why is Premier SO EXPENSIVE?), I’ll post some videos as well.

Wifey getting some gopro footage
Marine iguanas have a really funny swimming motion. Video coming soon….

All shot on a d700, Aquatica housing, Inon strobes.
